Horrible employees. Rude, dismissive, and apathetic. There need to be more employees in the summer to handle it better. Manager???? New employees would be an improvement. We ordered for pickup and arrived at the pickup time. They were completely ignoring any and all pickup orders because they can't handle it and don't care. We asked multiple times about it. They pretend to listen then do absolutely nothing about it. They only take orders if you're standing online physically in the store. In the summer the line goes down the sidewalk. amazing ice and amazing customer service! as an ice fanatic who has visited many cold stone layers, this is by far the cleanest cold stone. (you have no idea how many cold stones I have visited, the look so incorrigible it makes me want to turn around and not get the ice because of the questionable condition of the load) 10 of 10 would recommend this location!

The restaurant is gorgeous. I ordered the berry sorbet with mint syrup, but I didn't enjoy the flavor of the ice. It was too overpowering.
