GREAT PLANT BASED ICE CREAM BUT WOW TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We called the next day to let them know that there was a mistake on our Uber Eat ice cream . We paid $4 for toppings that were not added !!! Instead of apologizing the only thing the girl on phone wanted to know was why we didn’t call the night of. I explained It was late and after Uber eats said they couldn’t help us the store was closed. I then as a business owner hung up because she was dismissive and nasty. We will now take our business elsewhere.
My husband and I just left this location. We walked in and the woman at the register never acknowledged us. As we were still waiting to be helped a woman with 4 children came in and was assisted by this same employee she then proceeded to help another gentleman who came into pick up an order. It seemed that she didn’t want to help us because we were black. Another employee from the back came out to help us while she was servicing customers who came in after us. We won’t be coming back here.
I love Cold Stone's way of ice cream, it takes a while to get your ice cream but it's good!! I have an allergy to walnuts , I told the man who was doing our order I had an allergy, he understood and went to the back and made mine, he was very nice. The decor in Cold Stone in so nice! It has such a good ice cream shop smell! I loved the design of the menu! Cold Stone is a great Ice Cream Shop, I would recommend
The staff at this restaurant deserves more recognition. They were able to understand my request for ice cream for both my father and me, and whipped up some delicious cold treats for us to take home. I especially enjoyed the birthday cake remix and the new pumpkin bread flavor they have.

great location I go here every week especially sundays and I am always happy with my experiences. a special worker, katerina t, serves me in the usually not only delicious ice, but efficient and diligent work. if she makes my order, I know it will be 10/10.

I love the crew mostly bc they are so beautiful and respectful and they try their best to make their ice fast and they are so polite. do I love cold stone?
I don't know what's better-the ice cream or the staff! They are all friendly and keep everything clean,and the line moving efficiently.

I went right before closing and despite the large crowd, the staff was extremely polite and efficient, serving customers quickly.
