The service was awful the manager shun is brutally disrespectful and was very aggressive hostile and combative towards me. He accused me of trying to get a free mix in and trying to get over on his”new employees”. Him and his staff failed to get my order correct and I was attacked for their mistake. The waffle bow was stale. He dismissed me after trying to explain to him what my order was and that they left a scoop of ice cream off my order. I love the ice cream but I refuse to support and patronize an establishment that treats customers the way he treated me today. Ice cream was great but we walked in 45 minutes before close and received nasty looks by the guy working there (only guy atm) he then said “man don’t they know we close at 9” and continued to talk about us to the current guest he was helping. Soo disrespectful. We were there with plenty of time before close.

Me and my fiancé got there 15 minutes before close and the doors were already locked and they had shut down everything. We drove 20 minutes to get there because it was the closest one to us. Don’t get excited when you go there because they’re probably already closed.

You should definitely check them out. There are not too many freshly made ice cream locations around Birmingham.
