Truth be told I 'm not an ice cream fanatic, but if it 's Coldstone...ummmm...sign me up! All in! Because it 's top shelf...yassss my fellow Yelpers....I admit it-I think I may just need a 12 step program when it comes to my weakness for SUGAR. But it has to be rich, luscious, creamy, delightful.....the flavor has to dance on my tongue and melt into a cosmic explosion of heavenly bliss that leaves me reaching for ok just one more spoonful and I promise I 'll quit tomorrow ...it never works and I 'm hopelessly addicted. And why not?!!!! YOLO!!!!! That...and because I 'm a bonafide control freak (another 12 step program????...LMAO I love that I can create what my heart desires because sometime...

I've never had an issue at this restaurant before, and the staff is always friendly. However, I went last night for some ice and ended up getting sick. My friend started throwing up after having the ice, and I began feeling unwell a few hours later. We had the ice at around 8:30 PM; my friend started getting sick at 9:30 PM, while I began to feel ill around 6 PM. I just want to raise awareness for both customers and employees. It's important to ensure that food temperatures are maintained properly, and to be cautious with melting or refreezing items. As for customers, please be aware and consume at your own risk!

I always have a great experience when I visit, but just a heads up to check if your waffle bowl is fresh. Unfortunately, my son and I received a stale waffle bowl on our recent visit! It was our first time at the Foothill location in Upland; we usually go to the Ontario location on Mountain Ave., but they were already closed this time.

This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this kind of behavior—it's the third or fourth instance—and it’s quite disheartening. I think some changes need to be made. I enjoy coming to this franchise, and I would hate to see it decline due to poor support among the staff. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was absolutely delicious! However, I have to admit that it was quite pricey. The staff member at the counter was fantastic and offered us a buy one get one free deal, which was a nice surprise! Yay for us!

I've always had great service whenever I've visited this place. The staff behind the counter are consistently friendly and incredibly helpful. I've never had a negative experience here, which is definitely a plus!

worst customer service. 4 people at the front and then when help is needed they are no where to be found. If some one dose come to the front they ignore you and help other people.

I've always loved this place since the first time I went in high school . The cakes are delicious and also the signature ice creams Are all really good

This particular location is always great on Friday nights it’s usually younger kids but they act like they wanna work! Great ice cream kids love it
