I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery and asked the girl to add a scoop of mint to my Coffee Lovers creation. However, when I got to the register, I noticed she hadn't added it. When I reminded her, she responded with a slightly snappy attitude and asked if I wanted a full scoop or half in the mix. I said just one scoop, and to my surprise, she tossed the remaining ice cream away, still with that attitude. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience was disappointing. I think it's time to find a new ice cream spot.
Food sweet cream 11% milk fat ice cream! I took the sweet cream with Oreos in a like it size(small).Service it's a process with any Stone Cold, it's the stone that these sweet creams gets mixed in with the mix ins. So yagadaaa wait a little until these fine ice cream folders mix your mix ins.Ambiance it's a store together with a named Sub store with a couple of tables and chairs. No frills.Verdict all decent. I prefer Gelato at times but kinda missed their sweet cream ice cream so i had to go and you should too!
Terrible customer service. Came in today Sunday at 3:30 with my 3 young kids. The two females working just stared at us.. we said hi and they didn't. They were staring at my kids mad doggin them while they looked at the different flavors. Made us uncomfortable. Like you work at an ice cream store where there's obviously going to be children.. get over yourselves. Very rude and cold stone faces.. lol
I arrived just 10 minutes before closing time tonight, right behind another couple, but the employee turned me away, stating that the couple in front of me were the last customers they would serve.

Great service! Not busy on a late Sunday afternoon.I got the barbie ice cream which was cotton candy mixed in with mixers. It was refreshing and not too sweet!Loved it!
Collin was incredibly friendly and attentive. He went out of his way to ensure I got everything I wanted. Our sundaes were delicious!
The ice cream was amazing, and Abi was exceptionally helpful. I truly hope she remains a part of the team for a long time!
Warning. They close at 930pm on Saturday night. Staff must have plans for the night they're trying to get to.

Ice cream is made fresh in-house daily with easy ordering on their app and plenty of seating inside or out.
The ice cream is exceptionally overpriced, and the texture is not enjoyable.
