Cold Stone Creamery

Very short line when me and my date entered. I noticed there were only 2 employees working and unfortunately I assumed by there body language they have been working all day. There were a few rude customers that caused an employee to break down multiple times. After 40 minutes, we finally got our shakes and they tasted delicious! Cold stone management I understand callouts but please consider being there for your employees more and staffing the building appropriately!

we were not at cold stone in the time, and now I remember why. there were THREE people standing in front of us. all together. it took 23 minutes to get their order, they have paid. then one of the girls decided. the other two went and hid in the back house. came out and took her smoothie, asked people if he knew what he wanted. he said yes, and they went directly to the back of the load without helping him. at least they had a good time to talk to each other.

I came around 9, and there were 3 amazing girls working with a line in the ground to the door. I know the times were hard and I was perfectly in order to wait. I have heard that there should be five today and 2 have not shown, and then accidentally an older guy came out of the back and it seemed like he was the manager, but he did nothing to help the girl. Anyway, these 3 girls need a HUGE lift.

I ordered a cake to the birthday and they didn't have my order. they were not very polite or understanding the fact that I was a little upset that the cake I ordered before a week was not there. I just wanted to get another cake of equal value. I do not really see a point of using an on-site system if they do not follow it.

never before been here today, but the staff was very friendly, and the ice. the ice is amazing! would definitely recommend this place! they all look so good! I'm back!
