TL;DR: Avoid this Cold Stone Creamery at all costs and try another ice cream shop instead. The service was awful, the ice cream mediocre, and parking a nightmare.
When we arrived on a warm Friday night, the line was long as expected, but the teenagers working behind the counter were constantly bickering, making the experience frustrating. One employee was wearing AirPods and bothering a coworker, while the others seemed to be ignoring each other. Customers were yelled at to move forward before ordering, which only caused confusion and delays. The negative atmosphere was obvious and made the whole visit unpleasant. I highly recommend avoiding this Cold Stone, and really just choosing another place to get ice cream, if possible. We placed an online order around 9 pm on the website for pickup. The website said the order would be ready for pickup at 9:26. We show up at9:30, there was one customer leaving and no one else in the store, and there were 8 employees standing in the back room/halltalking/playing around and not even paying attention to the front of the store. One of the female employees finally sees mewaiting and comes out. I tell her I'm here to pick up an online order and give her my name. She looks around and can't find theorder. I have been a customer at this restaurant for several years now, but each time I go, the experience seems to be getting worse. After my most recent visit, I have decided that I will not be returning. Based on recent reviews, it seems like others have had similar experiences and I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It appears that the staff, who seem to be mostly young and inexperienced, lack proper training and guidance. Orders are frequently incorrect and often missing toppings. I usually enjoy Cold Stone Creamery, but my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The store was overcrowded and poorly managed, leading to lengthy wait times. Although one staff member was friendly and helpful, the rest appeared uninterested in assisting customers and didn’t seem to care about the long lines. This was unlike my visits to other Cold Stone outlets. On top of that, the waffle bowl we received was soft rather than the crunchy texture we expected.

We came in Saturday, opened the door there was trash all over the floor. A lot. Three kids working in there hard as they can, no management. They had no lids for the shakes, no napkins, no tops for the cups. Nobody to assist them, leaving them with havingto make excuses why they weren?t provided w the proper supplies. Kudos to those kids, though. They did the best they could beingthrown out there like that. Shame on management. Or lack there of.

They didn’t have lids for the shakes, no napkins, and no cup covers. With no one to assist them, they had to come up with excuses for the lack of supplies. Despite this, the kids did their best. The real disappointment is the absence of proper management or oversight.
Had the worst experience. they didn't have my order and with my luck, I left without my phone. Had to go back home to get my phone to give them my confirmation because there was no phone I could use to get my confirmation. Then they didn't havechocolate ice cream to fill my order!
Ordered online. Pick up time 6:41. Arrived 6:48. Not done. Waited 10 minutes. Got home and order was wrong. It was to have blueberries replaced with strawberries. Spoke to young lady prior to make sure of this.

Their milkshakes are surprisingly disappointing considering the ice cream that goes into them. They're often too heavy on the milk which leaves it runny, even if you ask for a thicker shake.
