There’s a lot to love about Collectivo in Andersonville: the food options are plentiful and delicious, the seating spaces—both indoors and outdoors—are comfortable, and the WiFi is free and easily accessible. However, there is one major drawback. If you order a hot coffee drink to enjoy on-site (I rarely opt for cold coffee beverages), this café has the longest wait time for drinks of any place I’ve ever visited. This has been consistent across various days, times, and levels of busyness. Just yesterday, on a Saturday at 4:30 pm with no line, I waited nearly 15 minutes for an oat milk latte. It’s quite puzzling. So, be sure to have some extra time or consider ordering online in advance.
Fantastic coffee shop with an awesome terrace. Staff are nice and orders move quite fast. The sandwiches are good, and the coffee is high quality. My favorite part about this spot is their terrace it's big, much of it shaded for sunny days, and it's just a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended that you come here, either to enjoy a chat with a friend or to get some reading done!
The restaurant is open until 7 PM, but they stop using their blenders at 6 PM? It doesn’t really add up. It would be helpful to have a note on the menu or a sign to let customers know, so they don't end up waiting in line for something they can't order. Additionally, I found that the wraps and overall food prices are quite high given their portion sizes. Thank you.
Really good place to study/work- everyone in here is very focused so it helps keep me on track! Peaceful and beautiful and a great place to people watch. There are a few good vegetarian options too.

One of the best coffee places in Chicago. NO matter who you interact with, they are kind and warm and amazing batista. I also love the outside space. I must come back and try the food.
Love this place! Such a cute spot with a great vibe. It’d be a great place to study or mingle. And there is plenty of space, so you don’t feel cramped. Their drinks are so yummy too.

The layout at this location is a bit congested. Otherwise great service. Order ahead on their app saves a lot of time.
