At first I thought this was a restaurant. However when I stepped inside and asked I realized this was far more than a restaurant- fact is, as the name indicates it truly is an experience! The Collage Culinary Experience in Costa Mesa is a unique, elevated food court aimed at pleasing the most skeptical palates. It's located at the south side of Bloomingdale's, and it may be hard to find if you don't know it's there, which would be a shame because you would be missing out on some great restaurant options aside from the usual chain restaurants at South Coast. Be sure to hit both floors because downstairs holds most of the restaurants, and there is limited seating upstairs. On the weekends, expect to wait a little longer, but my recommendation is. for the best experience, go during the week and take your time to enjoy all of it!
The food court next to Bloomindales has many options for shoppers at South Coast Plaza. Home to Paradise Dynasty, Le Shrimp Noodle, Mah Jong, Churrino, Cha Redefined, Phoholic, and more. It's a boon for Asian food lovers. I love that there are more options for diners in the area. Bruxie just opened recently so hopefully more palettes will be satisfied. Parking is easily found adjacent in the South Coast Plaza parking lot. Come hungry or thirsty and leave satisfied.
This restaurant offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Korean, and fried chicken, along with a great bar, tea, ramen, and even mochi donuts! There's so much to enjoy here. Be sure to take advantage of the happy hours from Monday to Thursday. I've sampled everything on the menu except for Anqi and Mah Jong, which I plan to try next!

It's like a cool, upscale food court adjacent to Bloomingdales. The lower portion reminded me a little of the small Asian food alley. This one is more upscale as it offers grab and go, take out and sit down options with a variety of types of food (i.e Bruxie, Mah Jongs by Chef Mike and Paradise Dynasty). Can't wait to try the Ramen Bar!
The food court at South Coast Plaza offers a wide variety of options, ranging from noodle shops to Chinese cuisine. You'll find a selection of dessert spots featuring boba, donuts, and various finger foods.
The Asian street food court offers a touch of luxury while serving up a variety of dishes. The food feels quite authentic, even though it’s not prepared by Asian chefs.
Tried the chicken and waffle place, was phenomenal! Can’t wait to try the other places
