We are repeat visitors to the Colonel Williams and would not stay anywhere else! We so look forward to our visits, and each time we go we’re made so welcome by the owners who really cannot do enough to please their guests. The Inn is charming, warm and inviting and you will seriously not find a more delicious breakfast in Vermont. Victoria is the most amazing chef and will accommodate all your requirements. On our most recent stay we enjoyed warm chocolate chip muffins, steel cut oatmeal baked and served with pecan granola, fresh fruit, crispy bacon and chocolate chip pancakes especially for the children. My boyfriend and I took a ski trip together for the first time. We stumbled across this gem online and had an Amazing experience! The owners are very sweet. Best hospitality. Beautiful place. Clean rooms. I would really stay here again. The breakfast was Martha Stewart quality. So if you want a place to eat good, cozy, and good on your wallet. This is the place!

This restaurant is truly exceptional. My partner and I visited in mid-May for our anniversary and enjoyed a delightful stay in Room #11, which featured an incredibly comfortable king bed. The owners of the inn were extremely accommodating, and almost every aspect of our visit was flawless. We highly recommend discovering this hidden treasure!

I photographed a wedding here in the summer of 2022 and I was so impressed with the place. Beautiful shady spot by the pond for the ceremony. Garden party cocktail hour in the yard and the barn was perfect for the reception. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the whole place just oozes authentic New England charm. Highly recommend!
An absolute gem place must stay if you are visiting the area for skiing or other activities. Warm, cozy, with a nice ambiance hotel that makes you feel like being home. Victoria (the owner) is a wonderful host! Her morning homemade breakfast is a must try! Loved everything about our stay and definitely will be back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here, our room #10) was so cute and cozy and every room had it’s own charm. There’s a lovely living room area to hang out by the fireplace and play board games. The Sunday breakfast tacos are to die for! Would definitely come back again
