Colonial Cafe - Reserva de mesa

I took my daughter for dinner randomly saw this place was kid friendly. She had chicken fingers kids meal I had a tuna melt. Both of our meals were decent, pretty much what you would expect at a cafe like this. The ice cream sundaes were great! To my surprise, I saw on her menu that kids eat free after 4 on Mondays! Unexpected but a nice treat! When I got my bill though, I was charged for it. I asked at the front when I paid they took it off for me, but it feels odd that I had to ask for it. It felt like they put it there just hope no one notices.

First time in, ordered a basic breakfast for a baseline. Good coffee, eggs and bacon were quality and were cooked appropriately. Added charge for option of toast is a debatable choice compared to other restaurants in the vicinity. Prices could definitely be more competitive. Service was nominal at best. I did like the atmosphere and sound level was comfortable even as more people arrived. Will come back to try lunch/dinner options but not sure about breakfast.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, especially the kitchen sink flavor - a definite must try! I highly recommend it. The service was prompt and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The food is excellent, especially the delicious ice cream. The atmosphere is cozy and reminiscent of a classic diner. The chicken tenders are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Reserva una mesa ahora

Most delicious breakfast food around ..great service and most items can be vegan or gluten free ...will definitely return...ps update ..bring back gritcakes and I'll come back lol

The restaurant was fantastic with modern decor and affordable prices for delicious food. The service was exceptional and the staff was very polite. I highly recommend it.

Went for the Kitchen Sink, he totally enjoyed it. The service, staff and food were fine, the ice cream made the trip from Chicago well worth the effort.
