The good: Tasty, beautifully presented and well-spiced Indian food. Friendly staff and efficient but not overbearing service. Kingfisher beer on tap. The soft-shell crab was near perfect, saag gosht was reassuringly fragrant and filling, the aloo gobi sabzi actually had a bit of bite and the toasted coconut rice was sensational. The not-so-good: The ambience - it's always really quiet every time I go past and we nearly didn't go in tonight because there was only one other couple inside. In the end we were glad we did but it was only because we'd had positive reports on the food from a couple of friends.  If we hadn't had a recommendation then we'd probably have gone elsewhere. It...

FOOD = 4.0 AMBIENCE = 4.0 PRESENTATION = 4.5 A great Indian fusion place. Fusion food is all about experimenting and this place has done a great job with fusion. The ideas are great, and flavours have been well balanced, and the presentation tops it all off. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into coming up with these combinations and it shows in the quality of the food. Started of with bread platter and pakore (fritter) plate. The presentation was really nice and flavours complemented each other. The mango chutney was really nice. Then tried the deconstructed lamb samosa, again a well done dish. The flavour of the lamb masala very homely and brings back memories of home food....

I have to admit I was expecting a  traditional Indian experience. However, what we encountered was totally unexpected. Their take on traditional dishes was unlike anything I have had the pleasure of tasting and the presentation was exceptional. The cream of corn soup was to die for on the starter menu and not only did the chef personally deliver and pour it, it was so delicious I could have gone for seconds! The chicken wings were also a standout and we devoured them in no time! The tandorised spatchcock was exceptional as a share plate. Without doubt my favourite dish was Nita's Heritage Lamb Curry. I have never had a curry so full of flavour and the lamb melted in your mouth! Paired w...

Love the Indian-fusion food these guys are offering. The place was a bit quite on a Friday night but i suppose this hidden gem is still to be explored by the foodies of Brisbane. Ambience was great, very friendly staff. We were given complementary food by the chef to try and had a great night overall.
