Columbus Café Co - Reservar una mesa

I bought for 30 euros including 2 cups during a break in this shop, while returning to my car I read that they were not compatible for hot drinks. I immediately returned to ask for the refund or exchange of these two cups with other items and I wiped a categorical refusal from the manager. I did not appreciate his negative response or his very unpleasant tone. Too bad, I'm not going to go back to Columbus's house that I enjoyed until this incident.
