The store was well organised, clean and well staffed. Indeed I would have given it 5 stars, but they were blasting out terrible music which wasn't to my taste. I accept that we all have different tastes in music and so I wouldn't normally mention it, but this was so loud as to make it impossible to ignore. I have been to many other stores where the music was at a much lower level and so didn't bother me at all. My suggestion would be to have it quieter, as background music so as to be easily ignored should it not be to the customers tastes. I ordered a garden patio set that was delayed for 2 months. It wasn't until I sent an email following several delays that they finally chose to send it. We purchased it at a discount, so I suspect they were holding it in hopes we would give up so they could sell it at full price. It is miraculously arriving this week after my email. I recommend avoiding preordering or ordering online unless you enjoy being frustrated. I no longer trust purchasing from this range and will only buy in store from now on.
Never again. Unhelpful, seemingly untrained. I'm disabled and had to take a staff member looking for where I picked something up from. Then whilst my shopping was on the till a member if staff took trolley, with my money in and then said oh I put your £1 in the charity tin!!!!
like the range for some garden furniture and home cleaning supplies. Staff are always helpful and the shop itself is clean. cafe inside for a quick cup of tea or something to eat and also have customer toilets which is a bonus

Good shop ,I did find a lot of things not priced which is annoying, asked the man on the garden section for some decking stain and was very unhelpful so I didn't purchase any as I couldn't find it, staff on checkout friendly
The food here is amazing and absolutely delicious. I have visited a few times already and highly recommend trying the dim sum. The service is also excellent.
