Comptoir Laitier Chalifoux

Excellent ice cream and dairy products. I love to make a detour there when I'm passing through the area. And of course, always very refreshing to have an ice cream there during motorcycle rides in the middle of a heat wave. Welcoming staff which always makes the visible pleasant.

The ice cream is good but the little candies too hard, they should be kept in a closed dish, they were old and not very good.I miss the real cheese counter of a few years ago. It's not typical anymore, I don't know why they sell cheese, in my eyes it's really just a dairy bar.

Lots of products and very good fresh cheese curds. In the same building, on the front they have the Ramono restaurant. It's kind of a snack. The poutines here are delicious. The fries are crispy and there is enough sauce and cheeses. Try it, it's worth the trip.

We just had the opportunity to enjoy your dairy free yogurt. (coconut milk vegan) We live in a small town in Ontario and haven't seen the product until this week. We are very pleased with the taste and texture as well as the ingredients. Thanks.L B

I like their products which I buy at the grocery store, but their ice cream is extremely disappointing. Artificial flavors and grainy texture due to ice crystals; even my homemade ice cream made with a low-end machine is better than this. To avoid.
