Westfield is a busy shopping centre and I visited back in late November for Christmas shopping so the first thing I would commend this restaurant on is the friendly, helpful and informative service. They managed to explain the dishes to us despite a queue and the line still moved quite quickly. We chose to have a bit of a mixture: We had the lamb kibbeh and batata hurrah followed by a chicken tauk wrap and a falafel and fatuous salad. Everything tasted really fresh, the portions were generous and we decided the next day when we were out in South Kensington to try another of their branches. Definitely converted to Lebanese food -thank you

I visited this restaurant with a friend before going to see a movie. We ordered a chicken wrap and chips. Unfortunately, the chips were cold and the wrap was bland and unimpressive. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in years, but I'm certain that their £1.99 wrap of the day is better than what we had at this so-called 'Lebanese' place. We ended up spending around £25 and I regret not choosing to eat somewhere else where the food actually tastes good. I would recommend avoiding this place as there are plenty of other great options to eat at in Westfield. Don't waste your money here, you'll just end up hungry and disappointed.

I visited Comptoir Libanais for the first time and was impressed by the selection at the Westfield London food hall. We had to order at the counter and were given a buzzer to notify us when our food was ready. The service was a bit distracted, but the wait for our food was about 10 minutes, which was reasonable considering how busy the place was. I had a delicious lamb burger with halloumi and crispy chips, while my boyfriend enjoyed a honey harissa half roast chicken. We are looking forward to trying a full restaurant version of this Lebanese chain next time.

The wrap was so hot that it burnt my insides! Avoid like coronavirus! This place only doing business as Shawa and other diners are closed. Bad points: The Shawrma was served too hot The Shawrma has more salad than protein The falafel which the staff told me was fresh was cold! Liars! poor value for money even after the government dine in option Good points: Halal but I felt the business is running in a haram way Thank god my son was eating from another restaurant! Tried this place as it was halal, in hindsight wish i had gone to Pret saved around £15 £20. A £3 gourmet burger from my local Chicken Valley beats this place lamb burger by a mile, falafal wrap humus not much taste much like the chicken wrap, better to venture outside of Westfields if you fancy quality lebanese i guess. Generouse with my 2 star rating as at least the food satisfied my hunger but with a hefty price as the menu is expensive...

The restaurant is situated in the food hall at Westfield Shepherd's Bush London. They offer a variety of delicious dishes that are served quickly. I ordered the mixed grill and enjoyed the assortment of meats and kebabs, as well as the flavorful rice.

Very disappointing. The wraps are pre-prepared, sitting on a counter, so you can't choose your fillings. Mine was small, and slightly stale at one end. Chips were fine. This meal cost over £13. Incredible.
