Compton's - Reservar una mesa

Hi, native New Yorker here. Bought two philly cheese, the food had good taste, finding parking was fairly simple. However, overpriced skimpy on the meat, standard Hero (hoagie) bread and the last bite was disappointing ? it was missing meat! (See pics 7/8 of 8)I can get a Philly cheese steak or chopped cheese more filling from a corner store or a food cart and pay a whole lot less.I'm not even curious to taste your cold sandwiches... DEFINITELY better spots in Astoria. Thanks ??

Their sandwiches are good. They have a more creative menu than most delis in the area and feature a lot of good extras like crispy chicken tenders, Sicilian rice balls, and churros. The food is good sometimes delivery takes a bit and quality suffers a bit but it’s usually during an obvious peak time like Saturday at noon. Despite all this, I just cannot justify paying $17 for a sandwich.

The food here was amazing. I had the lumberjack breakfast hero and all the flavors perfectly blended together. Definitely a good spot to pick up and go. My only compliant was its more on the pricey side. I spent about 20$ for a breakfast hero and couldve ate more. Thats the only thing keeping it from 5 starts

This is by far my favorite sandwich shop in Queens. Anytime I’m craving a sandwich, I go on Grubhub and order one of their amazing sandwiches. My top favorites include 1) Bacon, egg, Burrato; 2) Vodka Eggplant Parm; and 3) Their Holiday Special Hero.

Love the vibe and love the food even more. Everything I?ve tried has been nothing short of amazing. In the mood for an elevated breakfast sandwich? This is the place. The cold fashioned is a dope spin on coffee too.

Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches! The bread was soft, the ingredients were fresh and everything paired so well together. The fries and tater tots were great too! Couldn?t recommend this place more!!! ????????????

Avocado had a weird smell and much less Turkey than normal
