I was disappointed with Ms Diajmon (diamond) the manager it was frustrating being displaced by Delta and knowing they blocked off rooms for their employees and she gave me a hard time trying to get access to a room. After speaking with another Delta flight attendant who stayed here they did not have the same experience as me and no one rushed them or gave them a hard time about checking out of their room. Where I was woke up out of my sleep multiple times by house keeping after I checked in at 4am on minimum rest. I don't normally write reviews but this hotel deserves it. After a nightmare travel day, we booked this hotel last minute while awaiting next day flight from ATL. The service here was superb. They were professional, courteous, and kind even at the 0100am hour. Rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again and recommend others to do so.

We had the pleasure of staying here twice in a week due to the craziness of the Delta meltdown. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were working overtime to get us in rooms at 10am rather than 4pm because we were all exhausted. Cannot thank this hotel enough for being so generous and understanding in the midst of the chaos.

Clean spacious and modern property. Missed our flight and we were able to check in get a bath change and get ready to leave in a few hours. Friendly staff.
