A truly disappointing visit! The staff barely speaks German, which makes ordering extremely difficult. They just do whatever they want without asking – as a customer, you're left completely clueless and not taken seriously. Customer service looks different! Added to that, hygiene is catastrophic: The tables are dirty, used trays are piled up everywhere because apparently no one is cleaning up. The store is completely overcrowded, and the chaos is reflected in the entire operation. This kind of situation is simply embarrassing for a well-known brand like McDonald's. Definitely not recommended – there is neither order nor respect for the customer here.
I had no problem. My boyfriend, however, had to wait 25 minutes for his food, even though he ordered five minutes before us. They also told him his food had been forgotten. On top of that, they brought the wrong order. Instead of Sprite, I got water. Instead of a Hamburger Royal, I got cheese and a Big Mac. On top of that, nobody here really spoke German, so we had to speak English. I ate until I was full and had a great time. But my boyfriend is going to hit me if I don't write this review. Help.
Unfortunately, you can't go there anymore. Waited forever for the order, was unfriendly, and then everything was wrong. Afterwards, the child was disappointed because he was really looking forward to it, and I was annoyed. Including a stomachache afterward. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time. But this is the last time.
Service only gets one star. Something's always missing when using the MC Drive. We checked so far, but not the Happy Meal. And of course, the toy was missing. From now on, we'll always check everything.
