Honestly really disappointed in my experience tonight at Coneys. I walked in 30 minutes before closing. Not a single customer in the restaurant but me. There was a lady working in the back, I believe she is the owner. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before she finally looked up at me from the back of the restaurant and said she would be right with me. I agreed and said okay. Proceeding to wait another 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and now there are two more customers waiting behind me. She never came to help us or said anything to us after I had walked in 10 minutes prior. I have no idea what she was doing but she wasn’t concerned about helping her customers...
If I could give a zero in stars I would!! Very disappointing how me and my daughter were treated… soon as we walked in the lady in the front did not greet us or ask us anything …I seen what I now know was Coco bombs and asked her wow what’s this?? She said hmm a hot cocoa bomb with an attitude… I ignored, my daughter than asked what flavors of gelati do you serve .. and she looked at the menu and pointed and said theirs the menu while rolling her eyes…. She seemed very racist and definitely RUDE!!!! I was Incredibly shocked on how I was treated there, I walking in exited to try this place as I’ve never been before, I go in the lady at the front has an attitude that is clearly showing, I tell her I may take a little longer because I’m not sure which options I want to choose since I’ve never been with a chuckle, she then rolls her eyes and says nothing I brushed it off…then about 15 seconds later she goes “do you know what you want” with an aggravated tone and a heavy sigh, at this point I’ve had enough I decided why should I give my money to this unprofessional rude woman, when I could go somewhere where I’m respected and treated nice??
I went to this restaurant specifically for a Coney Island hot dog, although most of the menu seemed to focus on ice cream sundaes. I had to thoroughly examine the menu to find the section dedicated to the Coney Island hot dog, but it was worth it. The hot dog was pretty good, reminding me of ones I've had at Coney Island. The homemade taste was also excellent.

Drove thru omw home 8 miles down the road, first time visit. Ordered nachos and an Italian ice. Pretty busy place so I waited patiently. For the price, I expected well made nachos. Not even close! Where you out of ingredients? You could've told me so I could choose something else! So disappointed.

the attention was extremely rude from the beginning. had a bad job, so we decided to go and not give them our hard earned money. many ice places that are wonderful in this opposite.
What a fantastic experience! The hotdogs were delicious and the serving of eis was generous and flavorful. We will definitely be returning to sample all the different flavors.

We enjoy bringing our kids to this place for hot dogs and ice cream. The food is tasty and reasonably priced.
A hot dog worth stopping for! Clean restaurant and friendly staff.
