delicious from the beginning to the end of the meal an exquisite menu ... the fish was cooked divinely. we have enjoyed the small intermetries intended to make patient . of the taste still of the taste . this restaurant confins meanings definitely bears its name. the wine map is clearly intended for connoisseurs and the boss is manifestly present to guide the choice of these wines ... correct prices in the end. the restaurant space is well-appointed and offers the evening a superb view with the sunset on the aravis. Lunch with a couple. friendly and casual welcome. we are offered to choose the table of two of our choice. map with choice that serves as a basis for menus. good wine map. dishes of good quality, well executed, technical mastery. cooking is perfect. very good foie gras soup. Several original intermets are served. a treat with desserts. the service is very effective, original: the server does not hesitate to shut down too noisy children, or to bite people who can't make their choice. Amazing!
we were more than conquered, incredible flavors, a top cooking, impeccable service, it smells passionate people because they do. a very nice address to remember, we enjoyed .and all, from the entrance to the dessert, not to mention the small flavors between the meals...and the sympathy of the manager . habitant annecy, we will return there. Thursday17 August, we had a great time. We enjoyed the relaxed waiter and his knowledge of the wines .the cuisine is very refined and of high quality. We recommend this hotel.We will return it without hesitation.
We trusted chefs and sommelier with a blind menu and it was great! Thank you to the waiter who doesn't take himself seriously and communicated his good mood to his colleague! We ate well, well drunk and laughed!
good ok the dishes are good but we are not in innovative ultra. But the boss thinks he's a little too much at the top of the lot. a little too familiar. We don't know each other... ultra fast service.

Inventive kitchen very well presented and good, alas the waiter by its disinvolture and its lack of class has a bit spoiled the meal.
We got a table on the terrace, with beautiful views of aravis, dinner was delicious. A rapist!
