this is a place I often visit. it is located in one of the larger shopping centres (emmen center easily accessible with public transport). it is part of a larger franchise with many shops in the city luzern. they sell pastries, broth, sandwiches and much more here. The baked and desserts are average, but the brot is really good. but we always come here to eat lunch in the attached restaurant (dogs allowed). they would not expect much of it, but it serves really good food. simple things like nuggets, pommes and hot sandwiches. but very good are the pizzas and the pasta. service is in order. they order at the counter and pick up their own food when it is finished and it is quite fast, even if...

Ich find es ein absolutes No Go, wenn das Personal mit einer grossen Boden Reinigungsmaschine um die Tische herum kurvt während ich in Ruhe meinen Latte Macchiato trinken möchte. Es waren noch 2 Stunden bis zum Feierabend. leider konnte ich auch nicht feststellen, dass die Verkäuferin nach der Reinigung die Hände gewaschen hätte. Es wäre wünschenswert und wichtiger, wenn die Tische dafür etwas öfters abgeräumt und gereinigt würden. Ich möcht mich in einem Café gerne mit sauberen abgeräumten Tischen in Ruhe entspannen und ausruhen können. Die Preise sind nicht tief und deshalb darf ich auch etwas erwarten, Ausreden lasse ich da keine gelten und jeder Gastronom würde mir beipflichten. Wenn ich...

Kundenfreundlichkeit NULL Punkte heute wiedermal beim Emmencenter Bachmann. Wenige Leute. Eine Kundin wird von einer Mitarbeiterin bedient. Zwei junge Männer stehen an der Theke und bereden was und lachen. Ich möchte meine Ware bezahlen. Warte. Warte immer noch, die beiden Herren haben es lustig aber sind ihnen die Kunden ziemlich egal. Ich mache mich bemerkbar und zeige dem jungen blonden dicklichen MA an dass ich bezahlen möchte. Er schaut mich zunächst einfach mal an und reden mit seinem Kumpel weiter. Ich warte! Ich frage ihn nun direkt ob ich bezahlen kann. Wieder schaut er mich eher genervt und dämlich an und bemerkt, ja ja .. er komme schon, Redet aber fleissig mit dem anderen Kollege...

since I grew up in the opposite and enjoy a lot of her coffee as well as many of her baked goods, it is without fail that we visit this caffe at least two or three times when we get into the Swiss. this special caffe is located on the ground floor of the lively emmen center, with indoor and indoor curb-side seating under the cover and the center offers plenty of free parking. so I recently made my annual pilgrimage. her café-Crème is still perfect and so her nussgel, a pastry pastry with a magnificent hazelnut filling definitiw one of my highlights for baked goods in Switzerland can get the nussgel aka nuss Summit at many places in central Switzerland, but for me bachmann offers the best! we arrived shortly before the closing. we ordered several Panini sandwiches to go. while my man paid for it in the hinterland, my son and I went to the tasty. they have amazing truffles and macaroons! we tried to pay with our credit card in advance and had difficulty bringing them to work. the personal tried to help and it didn't work. suddenly the guy helped us, said it was done that you can go and here is your reception. the manager had paid for our contracts! that was so nice and I was so pleasantly surprised by this gesture. we had just come to the city and had only euro or a credit card. that was not our last visit to bachmann! always a friendly staff and delicious tasty!

Ich bin seit Jahren sehr gerne im Emmencenter und noch lieber im Bachmann. Leider hat die qualität der Mitarbeiter nachgelassen da sie oft das eigene sortiment nicht kennen oder nicht verstehen was man will. Die langjährigen Mitarbeiter im Emmencenter sind jedoch herrausragend. Besonders Noah ist mit seiner freundlichen art jeden tag ein Sonnenschein. Die 'Köche ' sind auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Ich bin eine Bachmann Kundin seit Jahren da ich wechselnde Arbeitsstandorte hatte, ist für mich das Personal im Bachmann Emmencenter das freundlichste Team. Sie machen einen super Job, sind immer freundlich und leisten einen super Service. Freue mich immer wieder auf die strahlende Gesichter und geniesse meinen leckeren Caffee. Danke dafür macht weiter so!

my mother and I love her dessert schnäfeli we ordered it, but we ate it in the cafeteria. while we then ate, one of the workers came with an unfriendly and arrogant attitude that we were not loud to eat there when we ordered it to go. Wie in jeder Bachmann Filiale eine Top Auswahl. Jedoch zum Teil lange Wartezeiten und nicht alle Verkäufer/innen sind freundlich, was man jedoch in kauf nimmt.

Feine Salate, warme Menüs und tolle Backwaren. Das Personal ist jedoch unmotiviert und schnippisch. Ist in jeder Bachmann Filiale das gleiche Problem.
