This Chinese restaurant is truly my favorite. I have been a loyal customer for years and the food never disappoints. My go-to dishes include their lemon and sugar tea, chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli, chicken and broccoli, pork lo mein, and their delicious brown sauce. They are always willing to add more chicken to dishes at a reasonable price. Whether dining in, enjoying their buffet, or ordering takeout, the quality and speed of their service is unbeatable. I love that the kitchen is mostly glass so you can see your food being cooked. I used to order from them weekly when I lived closer. Now, I make sure to include Confucius House in our restaurant choices for special occasions. The...
