We go there regularly and always consume (about 2/3 beers per minimum person . This last Friday we are 2 out of 6 not to consume and a waitress came to ask us to consume otherwise we had to leave because "we were 3 not to drink" then a person had just finished his drink. When we asked for a glass of water she refused because it was free and it didn’t work. I would like to point out that one of the two people who didn’t drink could not take a drink because they refused the card because not expensive enough for CB reading (when before it was 4€ and it went to 7€ . A pub that has only the name. Nestled at the foot of a 60s building bar, the Connemara will not take you very far. For those who know the real Irish pubs, it's just an injure. For the douaisians, accustomed to the disbelief of the city, it is a factual place where one can feel elsewhere in good account. Otherwise the place is really messy.
The Connemata pub is a pleasant bar that has proven itself and is still present in the scenery of Uganda. Lots of pressures, about ten, nice and smiling staff. Clean location, pool and darts available.
Always a popular place where it is good to settle on the terrace. Gwen and his staff are very welcoming and very kind. To discover without pretext!
