This is another place I love in The Kensington , Maryland are. This is Called Continental Pizza . This place is across the road from Safeway and next door to other businesses and this store survived through a lot over the years . This place has the best Subs and Pizzas in town you can ever want to order . as You enter through its doors it has a good sized dining area but mostly it has pick up and order in . I Love the subs and pizzas both they have great staff behind their counters and its Cash Only Deal when going there , No Credit Cards Or Debit . Its Family owned there and Its been around for a long Long time . Please treat this place well since It has served the public well to all of us...
Today 1/11/24 during my lunch hour, I ordered food from here, a stake and cheese, and what was my surprise when I got to work and decided to eat my sub ? it was just the toppings no meat no cheesebI called the restaurant to let them know what happened I was upset already because how in the world they going to forget the most important thinh of the stake and cheese, now who ever answer made thing like I was laying he made me more upset after them ruined my lunch he telling me that they would never forget to put the meat on the sub that comment what out place because why would I waste my time calling a place to let them know that the meat wasn't in my sub please.
Here's my take on it: I’m not a fan of bread and often scrape the toppings off the crust, but for some reason, this soft pizza crust has the perfect consistency that doesn’t leave me feeling bloated afterwards. The rest is all about the toppings and sauce. I recommend ordering online; the place has a few tables if you want to dine in, but this pizza is definitely worth savoring. Just my humble opinion!
The roast beef was old, dry, and overcooked, and it was sliced against the grain. What a disappointment, especially considering it cost $10 for a small portion. The fries were decent, and the bread was okay, but nobody acknowledged us with a greeting or a thank you. They only accept cash, but that’s not an issue because I won’t be returning. It’s unfortunate, as I used to go out of my way to eat here.

The best steak and cheese of my life!!!! They are delicious and cheesy. There's no better place to get a steak and cheese for me. Their pizza and crispy seasoned fries are delicious as well. It's cash only but worth the trip to the ATM. I DEFINITELY recommend
This restaurant evokes fond memories of a delicious steak and cheese sandwich with just the right amount of wobble! The French fries were also great! It reminds me of the work I did at the Georgetown University Health Plan back in the 1970s.
This place is an institution, with great classic pizzas and subs. Cannot miss, with solid value across the menu. Nothing fancy— just reliably delicious food day after day, year after year.
I've been enjoying good food since I was 5 years old, and I still haven't grown tired of it. Now at 57, I continue to love dining out and experiencing great meals.

I read the reviews and picked up the steak n cheese.....it was ok...nothing special, nothing that would give it higher than a 3....very mid/ ok/ blah
They do cash only and when I tried to pay online with credit card the system was not working properly. I ended up going to Chipotle next door.
