NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE.I Called This company because I am opening a Restaurant Bar In Nassau County New York and I am n Search for a company for my Kitchen and Bar Equipment's, a lady answered the phone with an attitude and I was trying to see how can I make an appointment and she was questioning me where I am calling from and told me I need to wait she needs to get off the phone. I do not know if because it was my accent from the Caribbean but I felt strongly I was not welcome. TOO BAD JUST MISSED OUT ON A $60,000 BUSINESS.

I called to this company because I’m a restaurant bar in wetau county new york and I’m looking for a company for my kitchen and bar equipment’s, one dame answered the phone with an introput and I tried to see how I can make an appointment and she asked me where I call and said I have to wait, she has to get out of the phone. I don't know if it was my accent from the Caribbean, but I didn't feel much welcome. I only earned $60,000.

Love this the lady there is such a nice helpful person. Very educated on kitchen utensils restaurant items. If they don't have the item they'll try to help you find it elsewhere.

Excellent service and pricing. The showroom has a great variety of knives, cookware and disposables. I highly recommend them.
