I visited two cookouts in a 2day time in two states. The customer service needs a revamp in Orangeburg, SC and Stone Mountain, GA! Left off my items on my sandwhich... Caught an attitude because I couldn't hear the young ladies clearly due to muffled voices and masks. I had hoped to redeem myself with the second visit and ignore some of the posts that I saw via Facebook about the service. I took the time to apologize to the young lady that I was making her day bad by being a little slow because this was my first visit. The drive thru staff is very rude!!! Took the order then told me to hold on while she read back my order but never did walked away from the window for at least 5 minutes. So I pulled up to the window and when she finally walked over, she tried tochastise me about not following her order. How long am I supposed to sit in a drive thru line??,? I sat and waited my turn toorder then had to wait at the window after ordering for nothing. All in all it's supposed to be fast food. Cheap food cheapprices great but my time is not cheap. Needless to say 2nd time trying them out and both times were horrible.
Idk what is wrong with the folks in drive thru but I just experienced the worse customer service. If I say ?one moment? that means I don?t need to be hounded and asked every 10 seconds if I need help or am I ready. I was completely rushed and ordered something I thought I wanted but didn?t really care for! Tons of onions on my sandwich. I didn?t receive any napkins or a greeting at the window. What is wrong with people and their horrible attitudes!!?? I was the only one in line at 3 in the afternoon so there was no need for the rush. I could have went to Wendy?s for a better burger.
I went to this restaurant and faced a long wait, but that wasn't the main concern. The real issue was the customer service. The general manager treated me with disrespect and rudeness. When I asked a simple question, she replied with an unpleasant attitude, saying, "You need to go back and look at the menu." I was really unsettled by her response and have no intention of returning to this location. I think she should be let go. Everyone else was great, but she mishandled the situation. The restaurant was quite chaotic at midnight, particularly in terms of wait times and the demeanor of the staff. I waited for around 20 minutes, and there were cars backed up on the main road. While the staff’s joking can be amusing, it may not be suitable for the circumstances. It's difficult to understand how they don’t notice the level of chaos. The food is generally good, which is its only saving grace. I initially gave it three stars, but I've increased my rating to four stars because the service has improved a bit and they've been more polite lately.
I've consistently had great service at this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. One of the waitresses, especially the one with the bright orange hair at the front, was quite unpleasant and really needs to work on her customer service skills. Both of the women working that night were very rude. To make matters worse, the bread was soggy due to too much juice in the coleslaw. Usually, the food here is much better than what I experienced that evening. I’ve never run into rude employees at this location before.
I went to this place. It was a long line, that wasn't the problem. It was the customer service that was the problem. The General Manager was disrespectful and rude. She made a comment with the worst attitude? You have to go back and watch the menu? when I asked a question. I feel so disturbed and I never want to visit this place again. She has to be fired. All the others were great that she didn't treat the situation well. Your customer service capabilities are based on standards. She's bringing down the organization.
Had great pulled pork tray was tender and juicy. TRAY comes with 2 sides for like 7 bucks. Get good amt of food. All the menu is reasonably priced. The burgers were just right. The shakes were on point the red cherry shake was it. The heath toffee one was great too. The WHITE CHEDDAR BITES ARE BOMB!!! Almost drove back thru the line to get more.
