Cook Out - Reservar una mesa

My wife and I eat here pretty often due to me working late and it being in the way home, I have waiting months before posting this in hopes that it would get better. It didn’t. The order is almost always wrong, the food quality is inconsistent, and the service is pretty rough. They almost never check the bags before handing them out, their speaker on the far side either doesn’t work well or their employees can’t hear and type at the same time. I’ve worked retail and food and have never been a part of a team that is this low of quality as it seems here. It's okay but not great. The burgers just aren't made with love, or something. The fries are kind of soggy. But, the shakes are amazing!!! ?
