The floor was so dirty our shoes were sticking to the floor. We had to wait to be seated, even though there was no one there. My sister ordered the Monster lobster roll but the waitress told her she would have to check if there was any lobster meat because they were out!!! I had lunch at Cooks today with my sons, and as a regular, I’ve never been disappointed by their menu. The kids love the food too. I ordered the crab-stuffed salmon with mac and cheese, while the boys shared a large bacon burger with fries. We also tried the wings and the new salmon sliders, which were amazing—thick and juicy! Everything was perfect, with prices that reflect the quality and portion sizes. The service was excellent as well. The only downside was the menu change; the kids were disappointed that the fried shrimp was no longer offered. Overall, I highly recommend Cooks and am excited to try more of their new dishes!
Very disappointed. The macaroni had no cheese the rice was hard and I got some cheap gooey breaded chicken wings instead of real wings. My rice was hard as a rock I sent a Direct message to the owner on Instagram because the pictures he?s posting is not the pictures of the actual food he?s giving out. it seems like this place can be hit or miss I ordered it last year and it was good but this time was horrible I guess it all depends who?s in the kitchen and possibly what time of day it is since they ran out of cheese.

This is the top restaurant in the Tri-State area! I love the diverse menu—everything was fresh, and the service was excellent. The portions are very generous! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, but the food looks and tastes like it belongs in a five-star establishment. I’ll definitely be back soon and highly recommend you try it!

First timer! Amazing experience, very clean and definitely a chill spot for some good Soul Food, everything was On point, Warm and Delicious! Asley was So Sweet and Attentive. Highly recommend
First time at cooks. Heard good things about them. We ordered the lobster Mac and cheese. Very good. There is a wait so order in advance. Definitely worth the wait though.
