We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday party on Sunday, and it was beyond amazing!!! Our hosts are lovely and GREAT!! The party was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone had an amazing time. The level of organisation and venue present is Excellent. Cannot fault the hospitality of the team involved thank you team kitchen for accommodating vegetarian and non vegetarian food It was a great success, the guests were comfortable and the food was amazing as usual. Food quality varies from really great to ‘ehhh’. Establishment is outdated. It’s had renovation after renovation over the years but still looks a little shoddy. The playground is not enclosed so it can get extremely noisy if there are some shriek-y kids in there. Staff are always really lovely and attentive. Everything is pretty affordable and portion sizes are pretty good.
The food and accommodations were very affordable (kids' meals were just $5). The service was impressively friendly; the staff was quick to respond and sincerely apologized when things didn't go as planned. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the discounts offered were reasonable. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
We stayed at the nightcap at Coolaroo Hotel. The customer service was excellent, food was great and kids area was awesome. Highly recommend staying here and eating in the bistro. Everyone was highly accommodating.

Staff were very friendly and inviting. All meals were enjoyable and hot when we received. Kids also loved the playground and their food.
