I've never been a fan of it until I tried it at Coopers Grill—it was fantastic! Light, fluffy, and well-seasoned, it changed my mind completely. We chose the peppercorn sauce, which was amazing, and also tried the bourbon sauce. While I found the bourbon sauce a bit too overpowering for the steak, it was still good. They have a large sign outside featuring cakes prominently, which led me to hope they might offer mid-afternoon treats like coffee cake, as many establishments do. However, when I inquired about it, they informed me that they don’t serve cake, and I got the impression that I shouldn’t have asked. Even now, weeks later, that misleading sign is still up.
