First, let me say the wine club seems like a good deal if you eat here at least once per month and like wine with your meal. They were including many free bottles of wine when they offered it to us, but we declined. We had a reservation for an early lunch and arrived on time. The restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived, but they made us wait and seated two other parties before us even though we were there first. Then they seated us at a small booth for two. So noisy could barely hear person sitting next to me. Felt like we had to shout across the table to be heard. The food was sub par the shrimp and scallops either way overcooked or sat under the heat lamps way too long. That said, we received our appetizers and dinner at same time. While the waitress apologized, she blamed the back staff, asked if food tasted ok and left us with an overcrowded table with bread tray, appetizers, dinner and drinks that was uncomfortable to maneuver. Being wine members, we look forward to going to Coopers Hawk, not sure what happened for this visit. Waitress tried her best to accommodate us even though she put the wrong salmon order in for me. I tried to eat it, but it wasn't what I wanted and seeing as how long everything was taking it wasn't worth the wait. We tried to redeem our dine in only bottles but 1 bottle came out when we were almost done with dinner. Somehow or tastings went missing from the bar. Horrible birthday dinner.
Shout out to Manager Avery, waitstaff Azella, Will! They all are the friendliest most attentive waitstaff. We are wine club members and introduced some friends to Coopers. Great wine and food. Flourless tort and raspberry truffles were fantastic.

It was very busy night. Waitress were behind schedule. We had 1830 reservation and table wasn't ready until 1900. Bread and water took long time to get to table and food wasn't server until after 1945.
The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the food is delicious! It's always a top choice for me when I'm in Ashburn.
This restaurant is what it is! The noise level could be lower, but the food was delicious and our waitress was excellent.
We had an amazing dinner with delicious food and impeccable service from Lauren. Highly recommend this gem!
