As a wine club member, I love going to the St. Charles Cooper Hawk location for our tastings and dinner! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine options, specifically Niki who recently was my server she is truly a ray of sunshine. She was so great about everything: attentive to our dining needs, provided awesome food option recommendations and helped us select the perfect wine to pair with our meal! I will definitely go back and be asked to be seated in her area, she is so FABULOUS! Definitely head to this location if in the area.
Went to celebrate with my 4 adults children 1 5 year old. Food was fabulous but waiting for dessert was taking forever. Ask to take dessert home for the couple with the child. They were so sorry for the wait that they comp the dessert. That was sooo awesome of them. They were packed. Tonight. I have never been at this Coopers but now it will be the only one we will go to !!!
Im giving it only 2 stars because they do not listen. I come here pretty often for pick up. Everytime Ive ordered their chocolate cake I specifically request no cream and they still put it on. Tonight I tried re-wording it to PLAIN no cream! But I still get it. I 'm beginning to think this is being done on purpose meaning they dont care and it 's not funny at all.
Terrible experience. We found many hairs in our Flatbread. When we told the waiter he said he would get the manager. Manager came and said he would comp a glass of wine. My wife lost her appetite and couldn't eat. I had many pleasant experiences prior to this. Service and food was terrible today. Hopefully things will get better.
