Cooper's Hawk Winery St. Peters

Once a month me and a friend of mine, come to Cooper’s Hawk in Saint peters to have our monthly get together and to pick up our monthly wine. We start off with our tasting and then we determine what wine we’re going to have at the table. I have a few suggestions that I think might enhance the experience in two areas. 1. The tasting staff needs to build up the experience by explaining about the wines, and what they do even though you give the customers a placemat, they should be able to provide a story behind the wine since this is such a unique experience. Also, whenever we do the duet portion of the tasting, we should get to glasses one of each to compare I believe this is the intent behind...

We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary and the staff treated us like royalty! We loved every minute we spent there wining and dining. Bianca, our server, made our evening extra special.
