Very unprofessional staff . Upon arriving , no greeting was given, after a few minutes she asked how many and went to seat us . After requesting a booth , she then sat us and just walked away . We waited about 10-15 mins for someone to come to our table , and even then my husband had to call someone over only for them to say someone would be there shortly , with 4 staff members just standing talking up front . When no waters were offered , then finally the bartender came to take our table when by that time we decided to dine else where . The Seafood Platter and Shrimp Po-Boy hasn't changed in over 10 years of deliciousness. The best part was seeing waitress A. whom visited my table, this amazing lady remembered me after not seeing her in 9 years. Thank you A. for remembering me as one of your best customers at Copeland's. I will come back to Copeland's for the food and to visit you. 4-Stars were given because renovation work was in progress. Thank you for not changing the design, decorations, colors, and furniture from Mr. Al's original design. Sorry, Google Visitors, the food was tasty, delicious, hot, well seasoned, fresh, and was eaten fast before pictures could be taken.

The food is consistently outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We often have Ellen serving us, and she is just wonderful! She always remembers my children's meals and knows to place their orders first, so they don't have to wait. I truly appreciate how she takes such great care of my family when we dine there. We typically visit once a week, and I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food was good. The service was a little slow. One of our party didn’t get his food until the rest of us were at least half way finished. I don’t know Copelands policy but we had 6 people and an 18% tip was added to our bills. I Always tip at least 20-25%. I have a couple times tipped the entire bill but if you put an automatic tip of 18% then that’s all you will receive.

We celebrated my girl Monisa's birthday tonight, and everything was delicious, as always. I had the Catfish Acadiana, red hot potatoes, and steamed broccoli florets, accompanied by some Mardi Gras punch. The celebration was wonderful, and our server, Stephanie M, was incredibly accommodating. The bartender, Gwen, is simply the best!

The prime rib was delicious, and I always appreciate a good loaded baked potato. The amberjack was fantastic! The kids' BBQ chicken with mac and cheese was gone in no time. For dessert, the cheesecake with blueberries was the perfect finishing touch. It was a wonderful family dinner for the 4th of July weekend!

Mu wife and I ordered the crawfish bread appetizer it took them 20 minutes to it to us and the inside was very cold not cooked. I ordered the jambalaya pasta. Not only was it basically chef boy r d with bland meat and bland everything it was the worst Jambalaya I've ever had. I wont go back.

Love the hot crab claws appetizer! We had to ask for me sauce but the waitress was nice about it. We shared the steak labouchere and it was delicious but upsettingly not as pictured on the menu. The mixed drinks and desserts were on point. Overall great experience.

Food was great, but did have to send the spinach and artichoke dip back. The second batch was done well. The servers are always wonderful here.

Extremely dissatisfied! Spent $60 plus a tip on soggy food! Fries, burger, and crawfish ravioli was all soggy. Last time I order from here.
