I have to admit, this place is always bustling downtown, and now I understand why. The cornbread had me raving about it the next morning! I'm not usually a fan of ribs, but these were fantastic—some of the best I've had since my time in Texas. I ordered the half slab of ribs and half chicken combo, and the meat fell off the bones perfectly. The cream of chicken soup was exceptional too. It's hard to believe that this gem is just a 3-minute drive from my house, and I haven’t tried it in the year I’ve lived in Hampshire. I highly recommend it!
If you happen to be in the Hampshire Township and looking for great food, clean, wonderful atmosphere to eat in....come to Copper Barrel. Service is excellent from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. Wife and I ordered the wings, ribeye steak, and ribs. All are great. Order everything else also on the menu with confidence. Great place. Nice employees. Lots of seating. Nice atmosphere. Interesting menu. Walleye was amazing. Fried deviled eggs were just ok, but the brushetta was out of this world. We'll be back.
Wonderful fresh ingredients and spices. Staff does a great job of keeping the flow going in the kitchen. The majority of their business is take out.
