Copper Canyon Grill

Still the best restaurant in G'burg. Every meal and course is always consistent and simply good. All from salads sandwiches, fish beef to chicken, rotisserie is the specialty. They offer a variety of local craft brews and a large wine list. The fare is American and the portions are good. The side salad is large enough as a full meal. Especially given the price difference. The desserts feed 2-4 people, save space and choose one, you will not be disappointed. Since the day when the doors are open, I come here and would recommend it to everyone for a special occasion. Enjoy the entire Rio Lake area with shopping and a few activities. Just take a Fat Wallet because the prices are tripled as the restaurant is popular and is now a step down from white table cloth fine culinary experience.

We sat outside and had the place for us. Our waiter was wonderful; attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He was attentive and awaits our needs... I had the steak salad (two others also had entree salads). The steak was perfectly cooked; the microgreens and vegetables were crisp and the tomatoes were worth it. Jicama was a welcome addition and the lime/sesame dressing was great. The salsa was fresh and bright; Guacamole pale and tasteful. Of course, the Cabernet has added to the experience. enjoyable experience; Planning to return.

Excellent atmosphere, food, service and experience! Even my very picky daughter loved the chicken tenders she had ever had! You have to taste the sea red tuna salad fresh, tasteful, delicious! **** Marys are on the spot! Shout to Ray awesome customer service!

During the holiday of Wisconsin we stopped eating here. Our waiter, Michael, was excellent. The food was amazing and best of all the bartenders knew how to make an old fashion that rivaled those made in Wisconsin. Thank you.

The best thing about this restaurant is its locationWe were able to sit outside on the covered patio and look out over the lake.
