The server was polite, but the service was absolutely terrible. We waited two hours for our meals, only for them to arrive lukewarm, burnt, or cold. When we inquired about the timeframe for our food, the bartender suggested that if we were in a hurry, we should consider going somewhere else—after we had already waited two hours for our order.
I visited the restaurant during the quiet time between lunch and dinner on a weekday, and it was a nice, peaceful experience. The servers were attentive without being overbearing. I really enjoyed the steak wrap with roasted vegetables—it was delicious!
