Copperfields Kildare Pub

Fast forward a couple of years, and despite the craziness of the world, Copperfield's only continues to improve. It feels like my personal "Cheers," with an amazing staff and consistently great food. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that all safety protocols are followed, making sure both patrons and staff are as safe as possible. I've never seen a place maintain such high cleanliness standards. Thank you for making these tough times a little less difficult. I appreciate you all—Charlie, the Elf Dog, and everyone I bring along. A pub to me equals good beer and good food. This is a great pub. Our server was fantastic, the food was really good, and the beer kept flowing. We were in town for our anniversary on a holiday weekend, so several other places we looked at were closed. We found this pub and were really happy it was open. We were even given a slice of cheese cake to help us celebrate. A very memorable evening because in no small part to this very memorable Irish pub, thank you for the memories! (The fish chips were good too)

The food was decent overall. The fried pickles, however, were outstanding—truly amazing! I ordered something I can't quite remember, possibly the Philly cheesesteak sliders. Unfortunately, it tasted more like a dinner roast beef, which I didn't enjoy. On the other hand, my son had a BLT, and he absolutely loved it. The French onion soup was also quite good.

The food was quite tasty. I was feeling nostalgic for my mom's cooking and wanted to try an Irish dish, which they did well. The pub atmosphere was nice and inviting. Reliable pub fare plus a couple of interesting home grown dishes. Very friendly service. Big on-tap selection. Outdoor seating is lovely in the right weather..

Been here many times. All 4 seasons. Day and night. Cozy, intimate and warm atmosphere. Food delicious.
