We ordered food for delivery and after waiting for 1.5 hours, we received a call informing us that the food had not been dispatched yet. The restaurant mentioned they were remaking the order and it would be delivered soon. However, the call ended abruptly, and we received a refund (which was not satisfactory). Shortly after, we got a text message saying that our food had arrived, but in reality, it hadn't. When we tried to contact the restaurant, we found out they were closed. Ordered food 48 hours in advance for delivery at specific time. Price confirmed but called me back 24 hours later to advise some items not available. Alternatives agreed. Delivery arrived 25mins late and tried to charge extra for delivery. Price agreed £38 including delivery. Tried to charge £40. Quite disappointing. Ordered 1 x lamb biriyani which was fine but 1 x mild lamb karahi for kids which was too spicy and ordered 2 x spicy lamb lahori style which was same spice level as lamb karahi!! I specifically asked for it to be hot. Really disappointed
I found this place thanks to trip advisor and thought it was a restaurant. Which it kind of is but it has a take away feel to it. The food is simply sensational. Very good value for money. I maybe would only use it as a takeaway in the future rather than somewhere to dine but I wouldn’t hesitate in coming again. A larger more restaurant type premises would be better and an alcoholic drinks option might be good too. I would definitely recommend though.
I’d been wanting to try this place for a while and decided one evening to visit with my wife. We got the lamb shank and chilman biryani. Lamb was absolutely perfectly cooked and was falling off the bone. Succulent and tasty. The biryani was a bit on the spicy side but we didn’t mind as it was still edible. Enjoyed the food and service here, definitely recommend a visit.

I couldn't believe how delicious the food was at this hotel restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. I would challenge anyone who doesn't like it to tell me why. You must try the yummy dishes at this restaurant. The staff running this place are very professional.
One place I will always keep in mind, is Cordon Bleu Preston. The spice levels were spot on and the meat was really tender. It was one and only extraordinary Lamb ribs and I have never tasted such likes in other dining areas like Coco's
Visit town center and for lunch someone recommend this place for authantic nihari and lahori chicken karahi We orderd both dishes was 10/10 staff was friendly recommended strongly great pakistani menu
The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant! We tried a couple of chicken curries and biryani dishes.

Ordered the desi gosht and paaya...... both dishes were amazing. Highly recommended and will be ordering again.
