The first time I ate at Coriander I had the Tom Yum soup, which was very tasty and filled with fresh veggies. The coconut rice was lovely. The second time, I ordered the soup again and it was very bland, with only a couple of soggy green beans. The coconut rice was just regular rice with some toasted coconut sprinkled on top! The third time I dined in and had a red curry and coconut rice. This time the coconut rice was good again, but the red curry tasted mostly like coconut milk, with no tasty curry flavour. We haven't been back since, as the service is slow, food is inconsistent and expensive. Overall the experience was a disappointment.
I took my partner and his family there for dinner on Tuesday night ($10 deal for a memeber...so cheap!!!)We ordered the green chicken curry, basil beef, pad thai chicken and egg fried rice. Amazing! every single dish was so tasty, very authentic Thai style and decoration/garnish was beautiful. Many thanks to the chefs in the back. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the cocktails.The service was very acceptable. Finn was very fast, attentive and friendly. Shes got a very beautiful smile on her face the whole time we were there. We will be back very soon.
We have eaten from here a number of times, we either get the food delivered or pick up takeaway. The food is always fresh and delicious, we change up our order almost every time in an effort to try the whole menu!! However we are yet to place an order that didn't have the satay chicken skewers on there! The peanut satay sauce is so good!!! We are lucky it's a local eatery for us!!
4 of us went for early dinner before an event. We arrived at 5.17pm. Ordered 3 meals plus rice to share (on arrival there was only one other table of 4 seated and they already had food) . Did not get food till 6.04 pm. We had to leave by 6.30 pm so in the end we felt rushed. When the food arrived it was great, but the whole experience was spoilt by waiting 40 to 45 min for food.

I ordered the panang curry which was amazing! Customer service was great with the waitress consistently coming to refill our water. They have a fantastic dine in special on Tuesday and Wednesday nights where you can buy a curry or stir fry for just $10. The restaurant was very clean and decorated lovely. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
They have a $12.95 lunch special but there aren't many choices on it so I got pad Thai - not nice at all I couldn't eat it. The pad see ew was nice though but a shame it was about $16 which I think it too much for lunch time
The pad see ew here is different to anywhere else I've had it but yum! A shame it's not on the lunch special though. Also online it says the restaurant opens at 11:30 am but it doesn't open until 12:00 so that was annoying
Our group ordered a variety of dishes and all were poor. Gluggy, reheated, tasteless food - the worse Thai we've ever had.

Good authentic thai food with a bery friendly service $10 deal is the way to go. Cant find any cheaper in the area
I really enjoyed the food at Coriander Thai in Hope Island.
