I enjoyed the appetizers; the lemon chicken was delightful, the spinach dip was somewhat bland, and the cornbread had a moderate sweetness, although the butter tasted somewhat artificial. As for the entree, I ordered the Spanish cauliflower pasta with added chicken. Unfortunately, it was quite bland and lacked seasoning. Our waiter, Cathy, was sweet and attentive to the best of her ability, but she mentioned that they wouldn't adjust the bill if you didn't like your meal due to its lack of flavor. This was disappointing, as it seems they don't prioritize customer satisfaction when it comes to taste. This place is a hit or miss. We went because we were recommended by some friends who ate there a few times before. Believe everyone about the service it’s slow as hell there was only 1 other table in there one person at the bar. The corn bread lemon pepper wings were but if you don’t like something they don’t give a damn. The cauliflower pasta was really bland it needed more than just salt pepper. The drinks were watered down. We were informed they not taking it off the bill just because we don’t like the taste. I’m not sure if I would come back here. The event, a birthday party for my husband. The experience was quite enjoyable. The food was enjoyed by ALL not one complaint. I personally checked to see that everyone was satisfied and happy with their choices, happy they were. As with any event all is not always perfect. However, the Wait Staff, Manager and Chef/Owner worked with me to ensure that my event went well, I was more than happy. Kudos to staff and management of Cori's Modern Kitchen and Bar. I recommend.
