I understand there may be staffing shortages and that the team is doing their best to keep things running smoothly, but there's no excuse for a negative attitude. One employee in particular made my experience unpleasant. When I mentioned that my cookie was hard, she didn’t seem interested in helping or even offering an apology. I also asked for crackers with my soup, and she informed me that they no longer provide them. I'm not sure if that's true, but it seems odd for a place that serves soup not to offer crackers. I’ve had multiple visits to this location, and unfortunately, the employees often come off as rude and indifferent, which makes me reluctant to return.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier who served me was quite rude. When I asked for extra sauce for my pesto cavatappi, she informed me that they cannot provide more since there’s a predetermined quantity per serving. I was shocked because I’ve been a loyal customer at other locations and have always requested extra sauce, especially since the dish tends to be a bit dry, and I’ve never encountered this issue before. This was my first visit to this location, and I won’t be returning.
I came in for breakfast, and after my order was served, I realized I needed a knife. I went to the front counter, where a young woman was working. I tried to get her attention, but she completely ignored me. After I expressed my complaint, she introduced herself as Valery, the manager, but she didn't seem to care at all and told me I could wait if I wanted. The cashier saw the whole thing, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Slow service, the cashier made a 4 oz wild berry tea when I paid 3.89 for a large drink! To top it off they never made my sandwich I ordered! People in front of me and after me got all of there food orders! Wasted 40 mins for nothing! What a wasteof time! Never going there again! Do not recommend this place!!!

My mother and I frequently visit Corner Bakery, but our recent experience at the Chino Hills location was disappointing. The customer service was poor, the soda fountain was out of order, and they were out of soup. The staff was quite rude, particularly a young woman there. We will not be returning.
Everything they offer you is excellent. Very casual. Order at register and pay, it will arrive at your table. And everything is as if prepared by a chef. You will be so glad you went! Delicious! Many breads and bakery items to take away and enjoy at home!
This place used to be nice now it?s just dirty expensive and food is low quality. I used to take my family here and food service was great. Today I took my parents and it was so gross. Cold food potatoes were brown eggs were gross. Terrible experience :
Consistently excellent and refreshing. It's the perfect choice for a light and easy meal. The albacore tuna salad sandwich is incredibly delicious.

We came here after dinner and the pastries were a little stale. For the price you pay, I expected better quality.
