El corredor adquirió mi ojo cuando fui cuando me fui a cenar, me detuve, y creo que es seguro decir que este es mi nuevo bar de cócteles en Newtown. Se siente como un corredor cuando corres, pero es engañosamente pequeño, fuera de la parte de atrás es una zona de estar muy bonita y en la planta superior es espacio con una hermosa decoración anticuada! ¡Pedí un rubilicio, era agradable, el ron y la granada funcionaban tan bien! No puedo recordar el nombre de mi segunda bebida, pero el pepino y la lima triturados con ron blanco fueron increíbles. Corridor caught my eye as I walked passed on my way to dinner, I stopped in and I think it's safe to say this is my new cocktail bar in Newtown. Feels like a corridor when you walk in but it is deceptively small, out the back is a really nice seating area and upstairs is space with lovely old fashioned decor! I ordered a Rubilicious, it was beautiful the rum and pomegranate worked so well together! I cannot remember the name of my second drink but the crushed cucumber and lime with white rum was amazing. Cool vibes, interesting space and craft beers. The people are a little on the pretentious side, both the staff and the customers when we were there. The cocktails AND the beers are also a little exxy for the space and the area. The food is simple bar food and nothing to write home about but definitely suited for a couple of beers, which again, are pricey. Maybe somewhere to visit when you want to get away from the Newtown locale who can only afford cheap beer because rent is so astronomically high. We came here after dinner on King street. I had a glass of red wine and my friend ordered a cocktail. The place was very dimly lit and had an intimate and romantic feel about it. We couldn't get a table so tried upstairs, it was equally intimate and cozy. Wouldn't mind coming back and try more cocktails next time. thernbdiary.com
