I absolutely adore this place! The Italian deli is fantastic, with high-quality meats and exceptional service. My great grandparents stumbled upon this gem years ago, and we have been loyal customers ever since. Even though we moved away from Anaheim years ago, we make sure to come back every Christmas for their delicious meats, cheeses, and my favorite olive salad. If you 're an Anaheim native like me, you 've likely engaged in the Mama Cozza 's vs Cortinas. It 's ALWAYS been Cortinas for me. Sure, Mama Cozza 's can lay claim to Gwen Co. Heck, I graduated with one of the Cozza kids. Don 't get me wrong, Mama Cozza 's is good in their own right, but you 'll never convince me there 's a better sandwich out there than a Cortinas Special. I 've lived OUTSIDE of Anaheim for the last 32 years, and I still make a point of stopping in to Cortinas any time I pass through. Top quality food across the board, the deli next door is a double bonus. Do yourself a favor and find out what I 've known for the last 50 years.
I tried a pizza from this restaurant for the first time and it was not very memorable. The sauce was too sweet, the pepperonis were flat and not the traditional cup style. There wasn't much char on the pizza and the crust didn't rise much, probably indicating that there was not much fermentation. Overall, I was disappointed, especially considering it is an Italian market.
If you love Bay Cities in Santa Monica, you'll love Cortina's. Crusty authentic Italian bread, Boars head meats and friendly, helpful staff. And individually wrapped Pistashio Nouget to maintain portion control, and if you're feeling generous, share!

This place is truly a hidden gem. It has anything you could ever need for a delicious Italian meal. Service is great, staff are very helpful and friendly. I always look forward to coming here!
The Eggplant Parmesan was delicious and the deli sells the best biscotti I've had in a while. Also got some Black Forest Ham very reasonably priced. Definitely revisit!
Been going here since I was a child and 60 years later I am still coming here. It needs a 10 star review. Great food and deli and other authentic Italian groceries.
Best pizza in town without a doubt. Size is big, they overload their pizzas with fresh ingredients. Never disappoints. I also love their sandwiches.

Best Italian food in OC! Lasagna is great, pizza is fantastic, and the market next door is amazing! Highly recommend!
Place creates delicious pizza and pasta. Girls at the front desk are always happy to help. Solid spot for food.
