I needed a spot nearby where I could get a little snack, hang for a bit, and work on my laptop, and this place fit the bill. Someone greeted me at the door, gave me a menu and told me to sit wherever I liked and just come up to the register when I was ready to order.It was a little too early for lunch, so this essentially became my second breakfast because I couldn't resist ordering something more significant. Came on a rainy Sunday afternoon. They didn't have a long line so it was nice. You order first, get a number and find any open seats. We ordered the avocado fries, smoked salmon croissant and cosmo burger (I think) it was a sweet and savory burger with all the caramelized onion and savory from the blue cheese. 1. Avocado fries had a lot of avocado and super lemony so if you don't like a lot of sour I would pass on the fries. (We saw a table leave and it looked like they barely touched the fries. 2. Ordered 1. Avocado toast: 9/10 so yummy and aesthetic. I was surprised at how tasty it was! A must order : All ingredients were so fresh: the toast was perfectly burnt on the outside and soft and airy inside. The lemon on the toast tasted so fresh and was the right amount of sour with the seasoning. 2. Bacon, eggs, and croissant: 8/10 Very tasty but I felt like I could make it at home Outdoor and indoor seating available. Unfortunately, you served me two hot drinks instead, so I asked if they could be remade. I understand that you were preparing to close, but the replacement drinks had no flavor; they tasted almost like water. I now regret leaving a tip for this experience. I left the restaurant at 2:12 PM and I'm not sure if this level of service is standard or just a one-time issue, but I won't be coming back. Best wishes to you all.

Absolutely the best salmon toast breakfast I've ever had! This place is fantastic for enjoying healthy food, excellent service, and inventive dishes. The coffee, sourced from Jones, is also outstanding. There are seating options both indoors and outdoors, which is great if you're bringing your dog along. I really appreciate the laid-back vibe of this spot, and the food is simply amazing. Highly recommend! Food: 5/5

Remind yourself that the sizes of each order is large! Therefore it's enough to share if your eating partner is willing. Should've done that today as I departed feeling quite full.Breakfast burger is tasty. Turkey club was impressively large with the brioche--the only thing that I'd say is that the turkey is overwhelmed by everything else.

We found this gem of a place and were not disappointed. The food was top-notch. It's hard to find a good breakfast place worth the price of admission, but Cos&pi was worth every penny. Great food! Had the best, fluffiest waffle. Their homemade jam is awesome! My boyfriend had one of their burgers and he also loved it. The bacon in it was crispy and flavorful and patty was delicious as well.

I really liked the presentation of the avocado toast. The BLT was quite flavorful. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
