Cosmo Romford - Reservar una mesa

I was looking for zero star rating, unfortunately I can't find it on this rating scale. I went there to have lunch with my husband today. The attitude of the staff name Malone was very intimidating and he was very rude. He laughed negatively when I only asked for the drink menu as I just arrived. He expressed threatening attitude and gesture with don't care attitude when I said I will report to the manager. And further he asked what is your problem. All I wanted was a peaceful lunch with my husband. Though manager came and tried to sort it out. However, we had worst experience in Cosmo Romford. Hopefully he will not display such rudeness to other customers going there.

The worst birthday meal!!!! it is quite annoying. I went to cosmos romford and the staff was very rude. they brought us the front door very close. it was very cold and wind came from outside. I was politely trying to explain 6-7 times to place us other places. because it wasn't busy at all, and it was the birthday of my wife. I asked a question. The worst thing is that they don't care about hearing you at all. it's my last time. many courts were also missing. it was our worst birthday meal.

in comparison to some other worldbuffets I was, cosmo is good over the tracks. very clean and well designed. the personal is very friendly and efficient and available at any time. eating is well presented and there is a great choice. will definitely visit again.

table booking recommended. it is a large space with large sorts, from which they choose Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai etc. the dessert area is also large. overall an occult experience.

The food quality is poor, with mostly fat. It's not a good choice if they think this represents cuisine from around the world. Save your money and avoid this restaurant!
