I've been tracking down this ice cream truck and their fantastic team at different events around town. Today, the owner, Tanisha, truly went out of her way to make one of my anniversaries special. Even though their shop was closed after a long day at the Space Coast Music Festival, she took the time to prepare a pint of Apollo Pistachio Crunch (our favorite!). Tanisha and her entire team are dedicated to serving the community, and they always bring smiles to our faces!

Community Event Review: The food truck arrived more than thirty minutes late to our location. After hearing so many praises about their incredible flavors, add-ins, and toppings, we were disappointed to discover that the only options available were a single scoop of vanilla or a single scoop of chocolate, both of which contained gluten. Ultimately, we felt we received far less than we expected. Overall, it was a complete waste of time.

Outstanding service and a fantastic team! The ice cream is simply phenomenal! The vegan mint flavor was as rich and delicious as the traditional ice cream. Initially, we were a bit worried about the texture of nitrogen ice cream, but we were happily surprised—it was delightful! This is, without a doubt, the best ice cream we've tasted in Brevard County. Community Event Review: The food truck arrived more than half an hour late. We were the second stop and, after hearing so much about their incredible flavors, add-ins, and toppings, we were left feeling disappointed. Our only choices were a single scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, both of which contained gluten. It felt like we didn't get anything worthwhile at all. What a frustrating experience!

I can't comprehend why this ice cream isn't sold in every store from here to Bangkok and beyond! I've never had bubble gum ice cream that is this creamy (you can literally see the difference when you scoop it) in my life. On top of that, they have a vegan option! I guarantee you've never tasted anything like it. I'm giving it a flawless 10!

I could eat this every day; it was incredibly fresh and delicious! It’s really neat to have windows where you can see the food being prepared, and there are stairs leading to the top of the bus where you can sit and enjoy an even better view.
