Costa - Reserva de mesa

Visited today again after a bad experience with one of the female members of staff on several occasions when she’s on shift, she’s very rude, and miserable and not a good face for Costa!!! But today the manager was there I explained my experience and how I don’t like coming in with her there as she seems to target me!! He has assured me he he will speak to her and was very pleasant and helpful and was a pleasure to go in there today in fact went in twice!!! Makes a change for someone to be do friendly snd good service let’s hope now he’s in charge the place will be a lot better. Coffee and food are always lovely can’t wait to be able to sit in though as gets bit chilly outside.

We used to frequent Costa Coffee in Beaconsfield regularly, but after moving away, we hadn't visited in a while. Recently, we returned and were shocked by the changes - unfortunately, not for the better. There were four employees working behind the counter, but they appeared lethargic and disinterested, with no sense of urgency to serve the seven customers waiting for their orders. The tables were dirty and uncleared, with trash scattered on the floor. It was a disappointing experience, and it's clear that higher management needs to address these issues promptly. It's a shame to see how far this particular location has declined.

The management of this Costa needs to improve and provide better service. It takes a long time to receive your coffee here. The staff are inexperienced and do not seem to care about the customers. Today, a young female barista was slow and uninterested, chatting with a male staff member who was also not efficient. Orders were mixed up and left cold, requiring them to be remade. The service was terrible and I hope Benedicts is open on Monday instead.

I have visited this restaurant several times and, while it has been a bit chaotic on occasion, I have generally had a good experience. Today, they are only offering takeout due to current issues. I was happy to see that they were persevering in difficult times (as we all must) and that they were following good hygiene practices. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have been going to Costa for yrs since I moved to the area. This place was always good. Lately it’s really bad. Outside furniture stuck inside the shop you can barely get near the sandwiches. A lot of young staff nobody really seems to know what they are doing. Nobody to run the place to a high standard. Sort it out Costa

Normal I attend here a couple of times per week but today I noticed a fly on a cake on display. I also realised that there isn’t any protection for the cakes. I ended buying something wrapped. It’s because they leave the front doors open!

The staff needs more training I’m allergic to nuts and the lady asked me if she can use the jug from almond milk that’s bad she’s don’t haven any ideia how nothing about allergies from I’m worried to drink coffee

Getting worse not better; closed early weekend due to lack of staff; more staff today but really worst Costa. Sell it back or sort it Reserva una mesa ahora

Still better than the dishwater served as coffee at the USA based company over the road from them. Very loud inside!

Costa Beaconsfield is still closed as at 23 August 2020. Jungs and The Beachtree are doing a good job though!
