Costa - Reserva de mesa

I entered the restaurant and noticed the worn-out seats, a clear indication of a franchise focused solely on profit and lacking any investment in improving the customer experience. This is only what is visible to the public. It makes me wonder what the unseen aspects of the business are like. The prices were high and the atmosphere was unpleasant. The question "Where is the lemon slice?" at the till summed up the experience. I will not be returning.

Shocking service, mocking staff due to ignorant staff, particularly because she didn't quite understand that ignoring a customer twice was viewed as offensive. Perhaps she was struggling with an accent different to the usual but racism/bigotry is alive in kicking, even for those of us with white skin. If you come from another part of the UK prepare to be mocked.

Trying to use the UK Costa app is impossible, like they pretend Enniskillen is in the republic !!!! and I need some republic app !!!! and then they decide they ARE in the UK when I try to pay in euros. What a shower of funts

The wait times at this restaurant are always incredibly long! During our last visit, the computerized cash register stopped working and the manager showed no concern at all. I felt sorry for the other employees. Reserva una mesa ahora

Regional store managers taking up table for 4 seating and leaving paying customers having to split their group. Usually they use to sit in corner out off sight using one person table.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow as there was only one register, causing the line to move very slowly. However, the coffee and food were excellent.

We visit this coffee shop when visiting Enniskillen. Friendly and helpful staff. Handy for a coffee before heading up the town to many lovely shops.

Lovely coffee shop, friendly and cheerful staff. Nice variety of food and drink on offer. Plenty of seats available.

Limited choice but what's available is very good. The staff were very friendly and polite.
